Each page here starts from what you can see, not from what is broken. Find the symptom, work the checks in order, and stop when one of them explains what you are looking at.
- A node you enrolled is not listed — the installer finished and the machine never appears, or appears and never becomes ready.
- A deployment never leaves scheduling — it was accepted and no container was ever created.
- A container starts, stops and starts again — the restart count climbs and the logs end in the same place each time.
- A canary is running and receiving nothing — healthy containers, zero traffic.
- Autoscaling is configured and nothing scales — load moves and the replica count does not.
- A container starts without its credential — the deployment is healthy and the application cannot authenticate.
- An agent upgrade did not take — a node is degraded, rolled back, or still on its previous version.
- An action is refused as forbidden — a 401 and a 403 are different problems.
If the refusal you are looking at carries a code, look the code up directly in rejections and alterations: it names the field, the value received and the accepted form.
